In Foxconn’s latest project, GPSENKE provided a stable and reliable communication solution for the AGV (automated guided vehicle) transportation system, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of the production line.   • Signal Coverage Blind Spots: Metal equipment and shelves interfere with wireless signals, creating significant coverage gaps with traditional AP deployment methods.
  • Network Roaming Interruptions: Switching during roaming takes too long, leading to frequent reconnections, which causes command delays and data loss.
  • Operation and Maintenance Challenges: Fault diagnosis requires manual checks of each device, and there is a lack of real-time network performance monitoring and warning mechanisms.

  • Fast Roaming Protocol: Supports 802.11r/k/v and GP Roaming with millisecond-level fast roaming, along with fine-tuned wireless connection control, ensuring continuous and high-quality wireless links for AGV communication.
  • High-Reliability Transmission: Capable of operating on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, with a maximum access rate of 1167Mbps, effectively providing higher performance in terms of coverage, access density, and operational stability.

Smart Operation and Visualized Management:

  • Centralized Network Management Platform: A unified intelligent operation and maintenance system that allows real-time monitoring of device status, performance indicators, and client connections across the entire network.
